CURRY BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

Cut squash into chunks. In water, boil butternut squash and onion about 25 minutes. Put through blender and puree. Put back on stove and add rest of ingredients. Simmer until heated through.
Good Tip
If you are serving buffet style for the holidays use a crock pot to keep your gravy warm. This works great. Tried it - Nancy Morrissey
Another Good Tip - Put a tablespoon of water in the bottom of a small votive holder before you put in the candle. It will be much easier to clean when finished
The Best Cranberries
Follow the directions on the bag. 1 Bag, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil, stir constantly. The only way to make the best cranberries!!!
