Yoga Classes at Natural Instincts
Erin Kelly teaches with an uplifting, heart opening attitude that encourages her students to move into each pose with confidence. Her understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology provides for safe and therapeutic classes. Erin is a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and has completed over 300 hours of yoga training with teachers that include Sarah Starnes, Brent Miller, Desiree Rumbaugh and Shiva Rae.
Located at 11113 Western Ave classes are: Saturday at 10:30am, and begining Jan 21st: Mon/Wed/Fri @ 9:30am-10:30am
