Cherry Poppin' Daddies July 19th 8:00pm - Integrating swing, rock, funk and ska into a unique swing-revival sound, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies first came onto the alternative music scene in 1989 in Eugene, Oregon. “Zoot Suit Riot,” their hit single, was released in 1997 and sent them to number 1 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers. The song and its music video were nominated for a MTV Video Music Award.
